When the pandemic hit, many couples felt that event venues were so uncertain with their policies on guest capacity and what they were allowed to hold. Chez + George saw that as an opportunity - they styled the home they'd live in into a garden ceremony fit for just their immediate family and godparents, and a long tablescape in their driveway where both families could eat together afterward.
We went around the venue to look for places to shoot and the roof of their house immediately struck inspiration. Why not kick back and have champagne while watching the sunset from their rooftop? It made sense to be chill – they were celebrating their wedding at home after all. The photos turned out to be pretty iconic and really captured the vibe of who Chez + George are – two fun loving people who love lots and lots of champagne. Cheers!
